Individual Tenancy Agreements as required by Edge Hill University, to be signed by student and guarantor, duration Sept 1st 2023 to Jun 30th 2024. All bills included in rent payment: gas, electricity, water, internet and tv licence.
£100 to retain property on signing will be deducted from first rent payment in September. £200 refundable deposit, paid in September, and safeguarded at Deposit Protection Scheme.
All properties have smoke and CO detectors, and electrical and gas safety certification.
All bills included.
All kitchens: oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, kitchenware, fridge freezer and washer dryer. All bedrooms furnished: bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, drawers.
